What's in store for you?
Kimchi is a traditional Korean fermented vegetable that is not only delicious, but also full of vitamins and probiotics. Thanks to fermentation, it supports a healthy microbiome, aids digestion and boosts immunity. It contains vitamins A, C, K, B, fiber and minerals such as iron and calcium.

During the workshop:
cut the vegetables together
prepare the sauce base
you fill your own 3l jar of kimchi to take home for fermentation
we prepare vegan and gluten-free version




At the end, we will taste everything and give advice on how to take care of kimchi and when to ideally open it.
